- Open and honest consultation- plenty of time is allocated for discussion. You will not be “rushed”.
- Empower the patients by detailed explanation of investigation and diagnosis; and offering various therapy options, including referral elsewhere.
- Respect patient’s choice and decision.
- To prescribe effective medicine- brands that have undergone clinical trials (if the drugs are available in Indonesia).
- To collaborate with validated laboratories (local and overseas) to perform investigations (like blood tests and histopathology) with reliable results.
- Respect patient’s time- waiting time to see the doctor is not prolonged by using an appointment system.
- Medical confidentially is assured.
